Those who did not collect your report book, you must arrange appointment with me/Mr Ang during the june holidays to collect your report book =O I should not need to call you guys. You must call me/Mr Ang to arrange appointment ok?

Next, whose parent's did not attend the meeting with the teachers.. you are suppose to collect report book to Mr Hafiz .. If your parents wanna come? They must made appointment with Mr Ang. If they don't want but you need to collect your report book.. You must collect it from Mr Hafiz.

1. If your first exam starts at 8.15 am, report to school as usual by 7.50 am and attend the flag
raising ceremony.

2. Do not stay in the classroom during recess.

3. Assemble at the car park 15 minutes before the start of the second paper. You are not allowed
to go directly to the exam venue.

4. Place all bags/books/files/notes at the front of the examination venue.

5. Do not bring any electronic transmission devices such as mobile phones into the exam venue.

6. Return all unused writing/drawing papers and classroom keys to the ending invigilator before
leaving the exam venue.

7. As only writing/drawing paper will be provided, bring other stationery required for the
examination. No borrowing is allowed.

Cheating/attempt to cheat/ assisting others to cheat are serious offences.
Disciplinary action will be taken against those who do not follow instructions.
